How refunds work for online access. The print edition is sold and fulfilled by Amazon, under Amazon’s own returns policy.

Online access
A refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase if online access has not been meaningfully used. Refunds are handled manually and, once approved, remove online access from the account.
The print edition
The print book is sold and shipped by Amazon, not this site, so a print order is covered by Amazon’s own returns and refund process, not this policy.
How to request a refund
Send a refund request through the contact form, including the order email and the reason for the request. Refunds are reviewed and processed manually.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits a buyer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a remedy for a product that is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it was sold to do.
